Our pharmacy

At The Surrey Park Clinic we have our own dedicated on-site pharmacy for patients at the clinic who would like their clinic private prescription dispensing on site. The pharmacy is staffed by a friendly team consisting of a pharmacist, pharmacy technician and pharmacy assistant, experienced in women’s healthcare. The pharmacy team is available to offer guidance and advice on your medication related matters including safe medicine use.

The pharmacy team work in partnership with other healthcare professionals, to provide pharmaceutical services which are quality driven and safe to outpatients.  A range of over the counter products are available for sale to patients.

Pharmacy Opening Hours

Please allow at least 5 working days for the process of your prescription request. This is to allow the pharmacist or your consultant to final check your dispensed medication before it can be posted to you or collected.

Payment & collection

Patients will be expected to pay for their medication as most medical insurers do not cover this as part of their policy.

Payment for medication can be made by an email link sent out following your online, telephone or email prescription request or by either credit/debit card over the phone.

The Pharmacy is unable to accept private prescriptions not written by our own clinic doctors or patients not registered as a patient of the clinic. Medication taken out of the clinic is non-refundable.

Prescriptions can only be collected during pharmacy opening hours.
