Abnormal Smears & Colposcopy

In the UK the NHS provide a smear test every 3 years, however there is an increasing demand from many women to have this test every year, as is offered in Europe and the USA. Here at The Surrey Park Clinic you can book a smear test and receive results promptly.

Reduce your risk

Research suggests that cervical screening (smear test and HPV testing) saves around 1,000 lives every year. An abnormal smear means that cell changes have been detected on your smear test. The results will be graded as mild, moderate or severely abnormal and may require investigation (a colposcopy).

Our clinic

At the Surrey Park Clinic we are specialists in the evaluation and treatment of abnormal smear results at our welcoming clinic, and at a time to suit you. We have a dedicated cervical smear clinic under the charge of a specialist nurse that runs weekly and there is no need for a referral from your GP.
