I originally was told by my nhs doctor i needed a hysteroscopy to remove my coil (as no threads were visible). after speaking to the lovely telephone/reception team I was reassured there would be a fast appointments to fit me in. I was seen within 4 days for my initial consultation. Advised I could see the specialist and then go from there but there would be availability for the following week for the procedure.On arrival, I was greeted warmly. Complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits in the waiting room & sanitary products/deodorant in the toilets.I was surprised to find out that I didn’t need to have a hysteroscopy at all and the procedure of removing my coil was done there and then! The specialist was very lovely, proffesional, helpful and brilliant at her job. The nurses accompanying her were equally as brilliant.
By speaking to the specialist, I was reassured, problem solved, the cost was a quarter of what I was expecting and done within 4 days of contacting them. The nhs would have performed an unnecessary treatment and the waiting time was 49 weeks.

Really great experience. Sonographer, nurse and all the team were professional, knowledgeable ad kind. Clinic is very modern and nicely decorated. Following two losses my husband and I approached SPC for help. Whilst it was likely IVF was inevitable Mr Kalu, our treating consultant, worked to ensure all necessary tests and treatment was first undertaken to give the best chance of success and, at our request, a less invasive ovulation induction approach was first explored. We did need IVF in the end (which is managed by Kings in London) and delighted to say that as I type this my 6week old newborn is asleep on my chest : ) the whole clinical team who support the treatment process were also extremely friendly, approachable, available and good humoured. I understand the clinic also has a well regarded menopause and women’s health team too.
Fantastic private health clinic in Guildford. Service and professionalism is second to none. The reception and nursing staff are friendly and make you feel very comfortable. The clinic itself is very clean and comfortable with ample free parking, and easy to find. I met with Dr Lilian who is one of the loveliest and most professional consultants I’ve dealt with.
