Health and Hormone Pharmacy

If you are a registered patient at The Surrey Park Clinic and you need to renew your prescription, please telephone our Pharmacy on 01483 483390. When telephoning it is worthwhile making sure that you have a note of exactly what medication you are requesting, including the strength and dosage and the quantity that you require. Payment for medication can be made by either credit/debit card over the phone or by cheque payable to Health and Hormone Pharmacy Ltd.

Where possible prescriptions are sent on the day of the request, but please allow up to 5 working days to receive your prescription in the post or arrange to collect your prescription during normal clinic hours.
